You receive a direct response as a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
When processing the orders, we will send you a proforma invoice with the following content:
We ask for prepayment, which can be settled either by banking transfer – the proforma
invoice shows our banking data – or by credit card. You can choose the preferred way of
payment, either by transferring the amount through your bank, or by filling out the form
for card payment, sent you together with the proforma invoice. Having your card data,
we charge your account with the relevant amount through our bank.
Once the payment has been settled, we send the ordered items by registered airmail.
Please note that the prices given on our homepage do not contain postage and other expenses.
We reserve the right to change any information on the website.
